-Service Quality -

Valet Service:

At Trash Buddiez, we offer Valet Service, where each service will be scheduled based on the information you provide during sign-up. To ensure smooth operations and avoid any missed trash days, please provide all relevant information accurately. While we strive to provide reliable service, please understand that if your trash day is missed due to incomplete information at sign-up, Trash Buddiez cannot be held liable for it.

Cleaning Service:

Experience the industry-leading and highly efficient cleaning techniques of Trash Buddiez. Our cleaning units deliver outstanding results, leaving your bins clean and fresh. However, it's essential to note that heavily soiled bins with grease and grime may yield variable outcomes. In extreme cases, optimal cleanliness may require two cleaning sessions to achieve the desired results.

-Cancellation Policy-

We understand that circumstances may change, and you can cancel your subscription anytime after the 3rd service. To do so, simply contact our customer service team. If you provide us with at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled service and have completed at least three services, your cancellation will be free. However, if you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled service or before completing your 3rd service, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.

-Scheduling -

Valet Service:

Our scheduling for Valet Service is designed to align with your designated trash day of the week (Monday to Friday). For bi-weekly services, we'll be there every other trash day, twice a month. If you opt for weekly services, we'll ensure your bins are cleaned every week or four times a month.

Cleaning Service:

When you sign up for our Cleaning Service, we'll schedule it on the trash day of the week you specified during registration. This way, you can enjoy clean bins right when you need them.

-Billing-

To ensure convenience and security, all billing is processed using a credit/debit card securely stored on file through Square. Your automatic payment will be applied on the day you sign up and subsequently on the day of the month corresponding to your scheduled bin servicing. If you encounter any billing disputes or discrepancies, please reach out to us promptly, and we'll work to resolve the issue. While we highly appreciate referrals, we want to clarify that you are not legally obligated to refer us, but we do encourage it. The initial payment is processed upon sign-up. In the event that your dumpsters are not accessible during the service visit, our office will try to contact the designated point of contact on the account and wait for a response for 10 minutes. If no response is received, our technician will need to proceed with the service. As an added courtesy, we send a text reminder on the morning of the service to keep you informed.


-Communication Authorization-

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages and Phone calls from Trash Buddiez LLC for official business-related communication. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Email will be the primary channel for general correspondence, while Phone/text messages may be employed for urgent matters and service reminders. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date to receive timely updates, information, and service reminders. This communication protocol aims to improve efficiency and provide you with a seamless experience. Your continued engagement with Trash Buddiez LLC implies consent to these communication terms.
